LXC60 PIERCING MILL

This is a two-roller piercing machine. It is the most important process for produce seamless tubes and pipes. This machine mainly used to piercer the Heated billet to shell with the required size. The Steel Grade can be carbon steel, alloy steel and so on. The piercing is done through a full die formed by two rollers, two guide plates and one plug connected with support bar.
    It consists of the following:
 
a. Main drive system including main motor with or without VFD, main gear box, distributor, pneumatic billet pusher, universal shaft, billet receiver, main body of piercing machine;
b.  Shell stabling and releasing system including five/six sets of steadiers, roller lifting equipment, support bar, etc.
c. Back system including shell releaser, spring buffer, carriage, carriage lock up frame, carriage rail, back spring buffer, carriage driving system, water cooling system, etc.
d. Electric controlling system including operation panel, electric controlling panel, pneumatic solenoid valve etc.
